Meghan McCain, the 23-year-old daughter of Presidential Candidate John McCain, is absolutely in love with makeup. But then again, who isn't? Back in January, Meghan posted on her blog a rather large list of what her favorite products are. Here is what the famous campaign-trekking McCain daughter likes to wear the most, if you would like to try some of them for yourself.
Eyes and Face:
Meghan likes to wear a combination of products around her eyes. She loves Bobbi Brown concealer (Compare Prices), followed by an application of MAC Sheer Finish Powder which she applies with a Bobbi Brown concealer brush. Meghan doesn't wear liquid foundation, but instead uses MAC Studio Fix Powder (Compare Prices) or sometimes Sonia Kashuk's Bare Minimum Pressed Powder.
For eyeliner, Meghan enjoys using soft eye lining pencils, such as Clinique Quick Liner (Compare Prices) in New Black or Cover Girl's Perfect Point Plus eyeliner (Compare Prices) in Espresso. Some of her favorite eyeshadows include MAC and Stila. She stated that her favorite is Stila eyeshadow in Kitten (Compare Prices), which she wears daily. Meghan actually has the 4 pan refillable compact that she fills with Cloud (a shimmery neutral gray), Espresso (a shimmery gray-brown), Grace (a shimmery taupe), and Kitten (a shimmery nude pink).
Meghan also loves mascara and her favorite brand to wear the most is Christian Dior. She really like Diorshow mascara (Compare Prices), but also stated that she sometimes likes to use L'Oreal Voluminous (Compare Prices) with it.
Cheeks:
Meghan's favorite color to wear on her cheeks, and all over, is Nars Laguna (Compare Prices), which she applies with a MAC powder brush. Sometimes for more of a "natural look", she will use Cargo's Beach Blush in Sunset Beach (Compare Prices) instead.
Lips:
Meghan likes to set a foundation for her favorite lip gloss by using a MAC concealer on her lips first. This will, of course, make her lip gloss wear longer but there are new lip glosses available that are actually formulated to last 6 hours or longer. But until she decides to switch favorites, right now Meghan really likes Benefit's Her Glossiness VIP lip gloss. She likes to wear "Didn’t Hear it from Me" (Compare Prices) (a creamy peach) every day, and "Life on the A List" (Compare Prices) (a girlie pink). Meghan also stated that she sometimes likes to blend them together to make a different color. Sometimes she also likes to wear a lipstick, and when this happens her favorite is MAC lipstick in Snob (a pinkish mauve).
