Guide Review - Review of KohGenDo Chiffon Lip Balm
I have tried so many lip glosses over the past year that I can't even keep track of all of them anymore, so when I find one that really stands out I know it's something great. This happened when I tried KohGenDo Chiffon Lip Balm. At first the appearance of the milky-pearlescent gloss in the tube made me wonder if it would be appealing against my pale white skin. Once I applied the Chiffon lip balm I couldn't believe how great it looked. Let's just say that the shimmery, pearlescent, glimmery, chameleon-like color left me at a loss for words.
My initial application was on bare lips and even though I thought I wouldn't see a difference I did, automatically. The color was subtle but it was very pretty and natural. The Chiffon lip balm actually enhanced my lips while leaving them feeling soft and not sticky what-so-ever. This wonderful little lip balm that is all the craze in Hollywood, is actually a multi-tasker as well. Chiffon lip balm gives you great color while treating your lips for up to 24-hours by helping with peeling, dullness, and creasing lines. There was no taste to the lip balm, so that's a plus, and it contains no parabens so sensitive skins can love the balm as well.
The bottom line is if there is only one lip gloss you can buy this year, it should be KohGenDo Chiffon Lip Balm. Its versatile chameleon-like color will work perfectly by itself or paired with any color of lip liner, lipstick, or stain. The bonus is that since it nourishes your lips at the same time you won't have to spend extra money on a lip conditioner. KohGenDo Chiffon Lip Balm is definitely at the top of my must-have list for 2008 and 2009.
