Begin by priming the eye area with an eyelid base or eye primer, such as Bare Minerals Prime Time eyelid primer. You can use a concealer brush or makeup wedge, but your fingertip will work the best since it will also help to heat up the product for a smoother application. You will need to apply the eye primer from lash line to directly under your eyebrow at the brow bone. Smooth the primer gently by patting with your ring finger, until you get a perfectly even application.
Next you will apply a neutral-toned eyeshadow, such as Clinique Color Surge eyeshadow in French Vanilla. Use an eyeshadow brush, such as the Chanel Small Eyeshadow Brush, to apply an even application of the neutral eyeshadow from lash line to brow bone.
