Overview
Recently I heard about IT Cosmetics from a reader in my makeup forum. She had heard about the "My Beautiful Breasts" kit from a makeup artist in Miami. Of course this interested me so I had to find out what this company was all about. After looking through their products, I contacted them and requested their "Eyes of Seduction" kit to review.
The kit comes in a nice roomy box, so you can actually store other eye makeup items in one container. The "Eyes of Seduction" kit came with 12 water resistant eye shadows, a lash primer and mascara, a double-ended eye lining pencil, a liquid eyeliner, an eye shadow base, under eye wrinkle filling primer, two double-ended brushes, a set of false eye lashes, and their 'Library of Secrets' manual. For the review I chose to try the 'exotic' eye look in the manual. If you notice, in the before and after photo there is definitely a difference in my eyes but you can see that it's not clownish or too heavy.
The Review

The eye shadows went on very easily and seemed to have good pigmentation, so I didn't have to use too much. My favorite part of the kit was the pencil eyeliner and the liquid eyeliner. The pencil was creamy and didn't drag or skip when I applied it. The liquid eyeliner had a perfect applicator brush which allowed me to apply a perfect and professional line without any problems or touch-ups. As for the eye base, I noticed it was very light when I first applied it, but you couldn't see it once I finished applying the eyeshadow. And even though the eye shadow is water resistant the base kept the eye shadow in place all day, even in the summer heat.
My least favorite products in the kit were the makeup brushes, the primer, and the mascara. The lash primer and mascara were okay, but nothing phenomenal. But, of course, once you find a favorite mascara it can be hard to like others. As for the brushes, they got the job done, but they weren't the softest and seemed a little too big for some of the application techniques. I did also try the Wrinkle Filling Primer and thought that it was very similar to facial makeup primer. This was nice to have for under the eye area since the makeup primers for your face normally shouldn't be applied under the eyes.
Bottom Line
Overall, the kit is very versatile and a must-have for anyone that wants dozens of different eye looks. The instructions for the various "looks" were very easy to understand and follow, and since the kit comes with everything you need who could ask for more? Plus, when you run out of mascara, primer, wrinkle filler, or eyeshadow, they sell each individually as well. Suggested Price - $69
