Pros and Cons of Bite Beauty Lush Lip Tint
Description of Bite Beauty Lush Lip Tint
Guide Review of Bite Beauty Lush Lip Tint
Initially I first heard of Bite Beauty, and their lip products containing resveratrol, on The Today Show with Kathie Lee and Hoda. Kathie Lee showcased Bite Beauty Lush lipstick as one of her “favorite things”. I loved the idea of having a creamy and beautiful lipstick that also contains 10 mg of resveratrol. So when I was contacted by their PR representative about testing their Lush Lip Tint and Line & Define Lip Primer I was more than happy to oblige. I kicked off my reviews with their Line & Define Lip Primer, and now I’m moving on to their luscious Lip Tint.
So their Lush Lip Tint is infused with a double dose of resveratrol, giving you 10mg which is equivalent to around 10 glasses of red wine. If you’re new to resveratrol it helps to regenerate your skin, while fighting free radicals and combatting aging. As for the lipstick itself I sampled and tested it over a week, while taking a day off in-between in order to make sure there was no allergic reaction. Automatically the Bite lipstick scored bonus points for the lack of allergic reaction to their product. This wasn’t the only positive; not by far. The luscious feel of the lipstick was automatic, and very luxurious. It was light, but had just the right amount of coverage. The colors I tested included Lychee and Watermelon. Out of the two, Lychee was my favorite because it was a shade that I could wear with everything. Watermelon was more vibrant, but it was a great color for summer and looks fantastic with all of the vibrant summer clothing shades.
The wearability was also very nice. Since it was so hydrating and creamy I thought that it wouldn’t wear very long, but actually lasted for around 4-hours. When I wore it with their Lip Primer It lasted for more than 6-hours. Another really great property was the fruity smell and taste. So instead of a bad chemical taste that can come with some lipsticks the Bite Lip Tint was refreshing and fruity, thanks to the natural fruit butters in the ingredients. There was also a nice bonus in the middle of the tube. The white trademark “B” contained a beautiful pearly highlighter that worked wonders at making my lips look beautiful and slightly plumped. Overall the lip tint is fabulous, the colors are fun and on-trend, and the price is typical of other brands. In the end even though I tend to find a new “favorite” often in a year, I have to say that this new favorite will transcend future lipsticks for years to come (or as long as they make it).
The Bottom Line for Bite Beauty’s Lush Lip Tint
Bite Beauty just took a bite out of my lipstick stash by allowing me to collect all of their Lush Lip Tint shades, and ditch all of the other brands. After all, what more could you ask for in a lipstick that is beautiful, moisturizing, trendy, and contains enough resveratrol as 10 glasses of red wine?
