As spring break draws closer some of you are planning great getaways to kick off the season. Unfortunately that will normally involve air travel, which also means specific sizes for all of your necessities. This can cause big problems if you don't meet the size requirements for liquids and other products. Last year my good friend Sunita was traveling to India and ran into this problem at the airport. She thought the sizes of the sunscreen containers were correct but they were actually a little too big. Needless to say she ended up losing many different products that she didn't want to have to track down once there, but unfortunately ended up just doing that.
I don't fly a lot, but no matter if you fly or drive you still need to worry about space in your luggage as well. Last year it was a nightmare trying to take everything I wanted on vacation, and even though I searched high and low for travel sizes of everything I couldn't find everything I needed. So I was completely excited when I found out about an online company called Minimus.Biz. They offer a little bit of everything, and then some, in the perfect size for regular or airline travel. This would also be a good idea for times outside of travel too. You can make goodie bags for friends or family, have gift sets ready as a "thank you", or if you want to pretend that you're a giant and surround yourself with sample size products of everything then you can do that as well.
Even though most of the products aren't exactly makeup related, there are some great makeup ideas such as lip gloss in a ball, many flavored lip balms, and even a mini Evian Facial Spray. I always spend at least that every year on vacation travel sizes, so I know I'll definitely take advantage of this.
