'New Beauty' Deluxe Sample Program
"New Beauty Magazine" has a really great sampling program. Now before you automatically click on the link to go to their site, there's something you need to know. The program, called Test Tube, is not a FREE sampling program. BUT, there is a positive side to this. The samples are either deluxe or full size. The Test Tube program hands out samples of both makeup and skincare four times a year, during the change of seasons. The downside is that you have to sign up and be charged $29.95 (plus $8.95 for shipping), each time the tube is sent to you via FedEx.
So is it worth it? I haven't signed up yet but I can tell you that from searching to find what was in the past Test Tubes, it seems like they normally send 6-8 different lines. I'm not sure how many samples per line, but 6-8 isn't too bad of a deal, especially since they are large or full size. They do have some great products featured in the "Recent Samples" section of the page. Some of the products include: Various Lancome skincare products, Jane Iredale Pressed Minerals, Blinc Mascara, various Dr. Brandt skincare items, Youngblood Mineral Foundations, Estee Lauder, and Dermacia, just to name a few.
If you are still not sure if cranking out over 30 bucks a season is worth it, I found a woman that does a Beauty Blog that receives the Test Tubes. Check out her site and take a look at the picture of one of the Test Tubes she received. It seems that a majority of the products are pretty large and many are full sized. In my opinion, it definitely seems worth the cash especially since at least half of the samples are full sized products.
